Kim Kehlet Johansen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kim took up the position of CEO at Velliv on 1 January 2024. Prior to this, Kim held a position as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at ATP. Previously, Kim has also been a director at SEB Pension, chief actuarial officer at the same company and chief actuarial officer at Industriens Pension.

Kim holds an Msc in Actuarial Science from the University of Copenhagen and has completed executive education at IMD Business School.

In addition to being responsible for the overall management of the Executive Board, Kim is also in charge of Actuarial & Analysis, Executive Management Secretariat & Group Legal, People & Culture, and Operations.

Kim is a member of the Board of Directors at F&P – Insurance & Pension Denmark.

Morten Møller, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Morten joined Velliv's Executive Board on 1 March 2019 and is responsible for Sales & Advisory Services, Health, Business Development, Communications & Press, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility & Marketing.

Morten has been employed as CCO at Velliv since 2014. From 1999-2013, Morten held senior positions at Danica Pension, including Executive Vice President and Regional Director.

Morten holds a banking degree and is a certified insurance broker from the Danish Insurance Academy (Forsikringsakademiet). He has also completed various leadership training courses from institutions such as London Business School and Stanford University.

Gitte Aggerholm, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Gitte joined Velliv's Executive Board on 1 May 2018 and is responsible for Finance, Risk Management & Compliance, and Digitalization & Technology. Gitte has been employed as CFO at Velliv since 2008.

Previously, Gitte held senior positions at both Tryg and SEB Pension.

Gitte holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Gitte is a member of the board of directors at Forenede Gruppeliv and Ress Life Investments A/S.

Lea Vaisalo, Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Lea joined Velliv's Executive Board on 1 May 2025 and is responsible for Investments.

Previously, Lea has held various senior positions at PKA, Morgan Stanley and the Nordea Group in both the Nordic region and England.

Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Science in Finance, Economics, and Econometrics from Cass Business School in London.
